CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY AND REFLEXOLOGY IN LONDON
Hello and welcome. I am a qualifed Craniosacral Therapist and Reflexologist, practising since 2002.
I come from a movement and dance background as a professional dancer for many years and also practise and teach yoga. I first came across Craniosacral Therapy while working as a dancer with a shoulder injury that kept recurring. I was so impressed with the remarkable and powerful healing ability of the treatment that I decided to retrain. Since qualifying I have worked with and helped a variety of people and conditions with these gentle and effective therapies ranging from back pain, migraines and IBS to stress related symptoms, fatigue and anxety. I integrate therapeutic yoga when appropriate to facilitate healing and resourcing. Please see the testimomials for some descriptions of the treatments.
