CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY AND REFLEXOLOGY IN LONDON

Hello and welcome. I am a fully registered, insured and experienced Craniosacral Therapist and Reflexologist, practising since 2002.
I come from a movement and dance background as a professional dancer for many years and also practise and teach yoga. I have worked with and helped a variety of people and conditions with these gentle and effective therapies ranging from back pain, migraines and IBS to stress related symptoms, fatigue and anxety. I integrate therapeutic yoga when appropriate to facilitate healing and resourcing. Please see the testimomials for some descriptions of the treatments.

I currently practise from two clinics in north and south london.

Border Road has ample and free car parking and is within easy walking distance from Sydenham train station which is 17 minutes from london bridge. It is right by the 176 and 312 bus routes from East Dulwich, Forest Hill , and Beckenham. Crystal palace is also close by.

Healthy Living Centre is very near to Highbury and Islington tube on the Victoria line.
